Timecode error FCPX XML > SRT

    I have a FCPX timeline which starts at 00:00:00:00. I have subtitled five minutes of the video and sent it through the SubSimple site-based tool, for converting to .SRT
    When I open the .SRT file, it starts at timecode 00:59:57:00 more less, getting the timecode all wrong to the video. The first subtitles are from further into the film, and then at the end, the first ones start, so it’s all jumbled… I have tried XML 1.5 and XML 1.6… Any ideas?

    Not sure what’s happening here – what frame rate is you FCPX timeline? Drop-frame Time-code?
